DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, please note that our prices do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon arrival in your country. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We’re working diligently to get your pieces to you as soon as possible.
- Made-to-order items typically ship within 3-5 business days.
- In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.
IS MY ORDER IMPACTED BY NEW TRADE TARIFFS?
No, all U.S. orders remain duty-free and will ship as usual.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.
CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM?
Yes! To ensure you don’t miss out on our most coveted designs, we offer pre-orders on select items. Payment is processed at checkout, and your order will ship by the stated date.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. However, once it has left our warehouse, modifications are no longer possible.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Many Julietta pieces are made to order, and as a result, we do not offer returns on these items. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for eligible returns.
- Returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and return stickers intact.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Please follow our care guide for long lasting jewelry. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, including bent, oxidized, or damaged pieces. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit, once the item has been shipped it is the customer’s responsibility.
WHERE IS JULIETTA JEWELRY MADE?
We are proud to have most of our pieces handmade in Brooklyn, NY. Other than that we are proudly manufacturing in China, India and Turkey and always looking to diversify our product line.
It is of the utmost importance to our founder that our products are sourced and manufactured responsibly.
IS STATEMENT JEWELRY UNCOMFORTABLE TO WEAR?
Comfort means everything to us. Not because the earring is heavy or the necklace is bulky that you should be uncomfortable wearing them. We pride ourselves in delivering the statement factor without compromising the comfort.

- Avoid alcohol, perfumes, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals.
- Remove before swimming or bathing.
- Gently clean with a soft cloth.
- Store in your Julietta pouch to protect it, especially while traveling.
- Earring posts are delicate—handle with care and adjust gently if needed.
- Resin and enamel designs require extra attention—avoid impact with hard surfaces to maintain their integrity.
- Pearls and natural shells need special care: keep them separate from other jewelry to prevent scratches, and make sure to always keep the jewelry in your Julietta pouch.
