Care guide

Each Julietta piece is crafted and hand-finished by skilled artisans. Subtle variations in form, finish, and natural materials are inherent to the process and should be understood as part of the design, not imperfections.

To maintain the integrity and appearance of your piece, we recommend the following care guidelines.

Avoid exposure to alcohol, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, and other chemicals, as these can compromise finishes and materials over time. Jewelry should always be the final element put on and the first removed.

When not in use, store your piece in its Julietta pouch to protect it from friction, impact, and light exposure, particularly while traveling. Pieces should be stored individually to prevent scratching
or abrasion.

Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, polishing agents, or ultrasonic cleaners, as these may damage surfaces and finishes.

Earring posts and closures are intentionally delicate and should be handled with care. If adjustment is necessary, do so gently to avoid stress on the metal.

Resin and enamel designs require particular attention. Avoid impact with hard surfaces, as these materials can chip or crack if struck.

Pieces incorporating natural shells or pearls are especially sensitive. Do not drop, compress, or scratch them. Avoid exposure to water, humidity, and harsh chemicals. To preserve their surface and luster, gently wipe shells and pearls with a soft cloth before storing. Store separately from other jewelry to prevent scratching.

With considered care, Julietta pieces are designed to age beautifully and remain part of a wardrobe for years to come.
