All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout system. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in color, shape, or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of many of our pieces. All measurements are approximate.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. Julietta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the item has left our warehouse and a valid tracking number has been provided to the customer.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Most Julietta pieces are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns. However, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags and return stickers intact. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

All content on this site—including designs, images, logos, and text—is the intellectual property of Julietta and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
