Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order or
limited-production items ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Julietta is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Julietta is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Due to the made-to-order and limited-production nature of many pieces,
refunds are not offered. Eligible returns may be accepted for store credit only, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.
