Returns + Exchanges

Julietta operates on a small-batch and made-to-order model. This approach allows us to produce with intention and avoid excess inventory. As a result, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

 Eligible returns are accepted for store credit only.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@shopjulietta.com.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and return stickers intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible. Removal of the return sticker renders the item non-returnable.

Once received and approved, store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the item. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

Exchanges may be requested, subject to availability. As production runs are limited, we cannot guarantee replacement for the same style or material.

Many Julietta pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities. These items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed defective upon arrival.

Returns will not be accepted for items showing visible signs of wear, including but not limited to:

  • Chipped, cracked, or broken pearls, shells, or stones
  • Bent, twisted, snapped, or structurally altered components
  • Oxidation, fading, or wear to plating or finishes
  • General wear consistent with use

 All sale items are final sale.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Julietta is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Approved exchanges are processed within 10 business days, depending on availability.

Confirmation will be sent once store credit is issued or an exchange has been completed.
